Monitoring Haiti's Quakes with Raspberry Shake

Abstract

A network of "personal seismometers" is intended to complement Haiti's national seismic network to engage and inform residents about earthquake hazards and preparation.

All data from the RS stations installed in Haiti are openly available via the Raspberry Shake International Federation of Digital Seismograph Networks (FDSN) web services.
