Optofluidic Grating Spectrography on a Chip

Abstract

We demonstrated liquid-metal based optical components such as mirrors and reflection gratings for building on-chip optofluidic spectrographs. We designed a Czerny-Turner spectrograph with 1.7nm resolution, 200nm FSR and a footprint of 3cm by 3cm.
