Signalizer lattices in finite groups

Let G be a finite group and let H be a subgroup of G. We investigate constraints imposed upon the structure of G by restrictions on the lattice O_G(H) of overgroups of H in G. Call such a lattice a finite group interval lattice. In particular we would like to show that the following question has a positive answer.
