Creators

Abstract

This book is Volume I of a proposed series on laboratory techniques. It consists of three parts: Electrophoresis on Polyacrylamide Gel and Starch Gel, by A. H. Gordon, Mill Hill; Exclusion Chromatography, by L. Fisher, Pharmacia Fine Chemicals; and Immunochemical Identification of Macromolecules, by J. Clausen, Neurochemical Institute, Copenhagen. All three articles are scholarly, complete, and excellent. All start with an introduction to the principles of the matter at hand, taking the reader by gentle steps from the creation to approximately 1967.
