Studies of flow in accurate models of early embryonic human heart

Abstract

In this study, we developed accurate models of the lumen of stages 9 and 11 human embryonic hearts and developed 3D velocity vector maps of flow by high speed digital video imaging of laser fluorescent particles in an embryonic heart flow simulator.
