Towards giga-pixel microscopy

Abstract

We report a wide field-of-view (FOV) microscopy imaging system that is capable to capture a 10 mm ∗ 7.5 mm FOV image with submicron resolution, resulting in 0.54 giga-pixels across the entire image.
